 From the time we receive your order it takes only 1 to 2 working days to fulfill your order and to ship it out to you. Occasionally (as you know "bad" things happen from time to tiime) there may be a short delay in shipment. Please be sure that if this is an issue you will be informed about the delay and provided with an expected shipping date. You will also have an option to cancel your order (and we will refund your payment) if the waiting period seems to be too long for you.
 Delivery
After we ship your product we don't have much control over how long is it going to take before you receive your order. It depends on the shipping method you choose, country where you live and the efficiency of the shipper. Usually we don't have any problems and packages are being delivered on time, withing 2-4 days using courier delivery and 4-10 days using priority mail. |
