For our products you may pay using PayPal.

• You never pay directly on our website.
• We never get and see any information about your credit card.

To pay for goods you are transferred to the website of our payment operator (PAYPAL). The whole paying process takes place on secure (128 bit encryption) servers, we only get confirmation that you paid for the product. We want you to be sure that your credit card information is secure with this reputable company and that you never have to worry about your privacy.

PayPal accepts most major credit cards for payment. You will be charged in Euros.

Shipping And Handling

Return policy

We guarantee your complete satisfaction. You have 14 days of completely no-quibble guarantee. You can RETURN and EXCHANGE any product you bought from us.

If our product doesn't completely fulfill your expectations, if you are unhappy with your purchase, simply ship the product back to us in its original packaging, and we will refund your money (minus the original shipping and handling charges). Buying in our shop is not a risk for you.

At PocketSundials.com we also believe that restocking fees are BAD! So the good news is that we have a NO RESTOCKING FEE Policy. It means that you can shop with confidence.

To return a product make sure it is enclosed in the original package and in the same condition as it arrived in. If you are returning an item because of an error that we made please contact us before. We will pay for your return shipping costs. Unfortunately we cannot pay for shipping charges if your return was shipped without contacting us first.

If you return or exchange an item for any other reason (you don't like it anymore, you changed your mind, you want to exchange it for a different product, any other reason you can imagine) you will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you.

We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
