We have made ordering products from our shop as easy and convenient as possible. When unsure how to place an order please follow our step by step guide to ensure your order is received correctly.


Finding and choosing products to buy

To find the perfect gift you are looking for you can browse through one of our menus.

Top menu will help you to choose a gift by it's use.

Another way of choosing a product to buy is our 'feature products' where we display the most popular and interesting astronomical instruments.

When browsing through our categories, to the left, you may find interesting suggestions and reviews given by our customers. At any time you are browsing the reviews you can click the name of the product and read the description. When viewing the detailed descriptions of any product you will also have a choice of related instruments.

To add a product to your shopping bag simply click the "buy now" button that is always beside the product.

After clicking the "Buy now" button you will be automatically redirected to see the content of your shopping bag. From that point you may continue shopping by clicking the "Continue shopping" button or start your checkout process.

For every product you have put to your shopping bag you can see the thumbnail picture, name, price, quantity and subtotal. On the right you have two small "action" icons. To change the quantity of any item simply put desired quantity into the quantity text field and click "change" icon. To delete the item click the "delete" icon.

If you have a coupon code you can use it now or within any step of the checkout process. What you need to do to activate it, is to enter your code to the textbox and click "Activate coupon" button.

Our checkout process consists of 4 short and simple steps.
You can see which stage you are on by looking at the checkout bar. Any time, if you need to change or edit information, just click on the previous stage and it will take you back a step.

If you are a previous user, you can use your login and password to automatically go to the 2nd step.

In this step we need to collect your address and billing information to know where to send your product(s). Registering is not necessary. However, with your first purchase in our shop you will automatically receive a password for future shopping with us. This will enable you log in to our website and view your order history if you wish.

Later you will have to choose the shipping method. You can choose between regular mail and courier service.Click on which circle (radio button) your preferred method of shipping is.

In the next step you will choose the payment method. Remember that you are not paying anything on our website. We need this information at this stage to redirect you later to the payment operator (paypal).

Confirmation: Last step

In the last step you have a chance to have a look and your order, to read the terms and conditions and to check all information. Remember to check the terms and conditions box before you confirm your order.

After confirmation you will be redirected automatically to your chosen payment operator (ie, Paypal) website where you can pay for ordered products.
