Is it safe to use my credit/debit card in your shop?

We treat customer security as an issue of great importance. Payment in our shop is fully secure.
For our products you will pay using the well known and secure system of PayPal. You never pay directly on our website, or directly to us. We do not get any information about your credit card. To pay for goods you are moved to the website of our payment operator (Paypal). The whole paying process takes place on a secure website ( using 128 bit encryption). Do I need to register in your shop before I can purchase something ?
NO.
Buying in our shop is easy, quick and simple. Registering is not necessary.
However, with your first purchase in our shop you will automatically receive a password for future shopping with us. This will enable you log in to our website and view your order history if you wish.
Will you return my money if i am not satisfied with the product?
YES.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction.You have 14 days of completely no-quibble guarantee. If our product doesn't completely fulfill your expectations, if you are unhappy with your purchase, simply ship the product back to us in its original packaging, and we will refund your money (minus the original shipping and handling charges). Buying in our shop is not a risk for you. Not at all.
My country is not listed. Can I still buy at your shop ?
YES.
We will deliver our products to any country. Simply send us email with information about your order and country and we will estimate shipping costs for you. Later we will prepare special delivery option just for you and than you will be able to place your order using our online shop.
Why does your shop have a UK phone number if it is registered in Poland?
Because we have a UK representative for our english customers. If you wish to contact us in Poland you may do so as well.
What information about me do you collect ?
We only collect information that is necessary to process orders efficiently, and we hold this on our database under the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
- We do not disclose buyers' information to any other parties at all.
- All information we get from you (address and email) are used ONLY to deliver you the product, to send you confirmation email and to contact you if we have any problems with your order.
- We NEVER send any other, unordered, emails to your email address.
